Position Overview

We’re a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising firm looking for energetic, people-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team ASAP. If you’re outgoing, love talking to people, and want a role where you can grow fast—this is the perfect opportunity. No experience required! You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs on behalf of nonprofit and charity partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with attendees at on-site events, promotions, and outreach activities
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to supporters and event guests
  • Answer questions, explain campaign details, and educate the public about nonprofit initiatives
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and brand representation
  • Build rapport with donors, supporters, and community members
  • Help create a positive and high-energy atmosphere at every event

Required Qualifications

  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to new people
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, professional, and ready to start right away
  • Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
