    We are seeking an <strong>RN or LPN</strong> to join our <strong>Patient Centered Medical Home Team</strong>. You will work closely with our <strong>Pediatricians</strong> to provide medical care to our patients. Our busy Pediatric Practice is located in NE Tallahassee’s Market District and has been serving the community for over 35 years while experiencing significant growth in the past 10 years.

  <h2 style="color: #34495e; font-size: 1.2em; margin: 20px 0 10px 0;">Key Responsibilities</h2>
  <ul style="padding-left: 20px; margin: 10px 0;">
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Care for patients aged newborn to 18 years</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Perform tests ordered by providers or as indicated from Standing Orders</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Collaborate with physicians and/or ARNPs to provide childhood immunizations and other basic pediatric care</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Triage patients, take and record vitals, administer vaccines, therapeutic injections, and breathing treatments</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Operate the Electronic Medical Record system comfortably</li>

    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Previous medical office experience preferred</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ability to build rapport with patients</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Clear and Active <strong>Florida Nursing License</strong></li>
