Entry Level Marketing and Promotions Manager

Position Overview

Supreme Elite is hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Promotions Manager to join our Cincinnati team. This role is ideal for an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys live events, brand promotion, and working directly with customers. You'll play a key role in executing promotional marketing campaigns and supporting client growth through face-to-face engagement. As part of our marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience in event execution, brand representation, and campaign coordination while developing leadership and marketing skills in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $22.88 per hour. Location: In person. Schedule: Full-time, Part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional marketing events and campaigns
• Create and maintain visually engaging promotional displays and branded setups
• Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
• Engage directly with customers to promote client products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure a positive and professional brand experience at all events
• Help track campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• College coursework or degree in marketing, sales, advertising, or a related field is a plus but not required
• 1–2 years of experience in promotions, marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, planning, and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events and promotions
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team-based environment
