Position Overview

As the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing – Sales Activation, you will activate marketing initiatives that empower our sales team to nurture leads and accelerate deals. Working remotely within the United States, you will champion solution offerings and ensure sales–marketing alignment to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Resource Creation: Develop tailored sales resources for varying buyer stages and personas in collaboration with internal agency experts.
- Sales Training: Partner with the Sales Enablement team to train colleagues on personas, pain points, competitive insights, and best practices for executive-level conversations.
- Sales Campaign Development: Create campaigns—including email, events, and content—that resonate with target influencer personas to drive engagement through the sales funnel.
- Lead Gen and Nurturing Strategies: Collaborate with growth marketing and content teams to generate and nurture top-of-funnel leads.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Oversee account-based marketing campaigns to engage key accounts effectively.
- RFP/RFI Support: Guide the sales team in aligning marketing messaging with RFP/RFI submissions for consistent and compelling responses.
- Conference & Event Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead generation before, during, and after conferences and related events.
- Partnership Strategy & Management: Recommend and lead initiatives for lead-generating partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and messaging.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: Facilitate regular communication between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare personas, including Chief Nursing Officers/Executives and Nursing Professional Development roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and lead nurturing techniques.
- Experience leading conferences, trade shows, and webinar programs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively within a shared service model.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or similar project management systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and effective deadline management.
- A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to drive decision-making.
