Job Description
Position Overview
This position serves as a critical bridge between advanced artificial intelligence technology and practical agricultural applications, focusing on the development and optimization of a cutting-edge GenAI model for agronomic and product information. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire data lifecycle—from initial preparation through ongoing management and quality assurance—while championing the adoption of AI-driven solutions across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments, facilitating collaboration and driving innovation initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence to solve real-world agricultural challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, format, and ingest relevant agronomic and product content in accordance with established organizational standards.
- Facilitate the expansion of the data foundation by integrating new and pertinent datasets into the system.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
- Implement automation processes to streamline data handling and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead data quality control initiatives, including the creation of question-and-answer pairs for system validation and benchmarking.
- Design and conduct test cycles to evaluate model behavior and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including IT, Legal, Sales, and Marketing—to promote responsible adoption and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development of local innovation initiatives by assisting teams in leveraging system capabilities for tailored use cases.
- Ensure global consistency and facilitate shared learnings across regions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agricultural or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated track record of leading training and engagement sessions for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, commercial, and technical departments.
- Experience in LLMs (large language models), AI Agents, APIs, etc.
- Strong understanding of crop systems, product information, and technical documentation in agriculture/agronomic contexts.
- Proficiency with GenAI tools, data ingestion workflows, and practical application of data for model enhancement.
- Expertise in organizing technical information and ensuring data quality standards.
- Advanced capabilities in developing automated processes for data handling.
- Excellent training and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Strong communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to provide clear governance in complex organizational environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
