Position Overview

Our client is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join their growing team. This role is crucial for driving online sales, managing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty while working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) to drive sales and improve customer experience.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) within budget.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure website and marketing materials are optimized and on-brand.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities to foster customer retention.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.
