Accountant - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries monthly
• Help with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Carry out alternate duties and take part in special projects as assigned
• Perform data entry
• Aid in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
• Investigate and fix account discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
• Ability to code invoices
• Experience entering approved invoices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
