Join our Information Security organization where you will manage a team of engineers in designing, architecting, and building secure classified infrastructure products to support US Government operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly skilled engineers in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
  • Drive changes, generate new ideas, and set a clear direction.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently and adjust course as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively within a matrix environment with both local and remote team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Influence senior management and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Quickly learn and apply leading-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Own deliverables through self-management, setting high standards, and tracking execution.
  • Develop a cohesive team that collaborates well with adjacent teams to meet evolving challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen as the position supports United States government customers and is subject to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
  • High School/Equivalent Diploma with 7+ years of applicable experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of applicable experience.
  • 4+ years of Engineering Management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains.
  • One or more cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP E, Security+).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active US Government Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Cyber Security Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with or knowledge of DEVSECOPS principles and the ability to implement and configure Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
  • Experience with DoD security implementation (e.g., STIG) and familiarity with NIST 800-171/53 frameworks.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and establishing new teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.

  • Salary: $123,130.00 - 204,290.00 USD
