Position Overview
StemWave is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team! We specialize in developing revolutionary healthcare technology using focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and promote natural healing. Based in Boston and backed by over 25 dedicated professionals with ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our outreach in the United States. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).Compensation: Base salary of $60,000–$65,000 USD per year, with On-Target Earnings of $72K–$75K per year (including bonuses and incentives) plus a 5% commission on annual subscriptions. Working hours are approximately 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize client ROI.
- Lead B2B/B2C sales efforts to expand the client base and grow recurring revenue.
- Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle.
- Onboard new clients by managing the handoff from sales, coordinating device deployment, and guiding setup and training.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with clients to strengthen relationships and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide world-class service and refine client engagement strategies.
- Oversee the Platinum Provider Program by educating providers, assisting in renewals, coordinating with the sales team, and tracking program performance.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional track record in B2B or B2C sales within subscription-based environments such as SaaS or medical technology, with an emphasis on renewals.
- At least 2 years of experience in client success, project management, or account management.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), Zoom, Google Apps, and Slack.
- Strong understanding of key CS metrics likeLTV, MRR, Churn, and renewals.
- Excellent communication skills with healthcare clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the medical device industry or in orthopedics/chiropractic care is a plus.
- A genuine passion for healthcare and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience (Preferred).
- Prior experience with customer success strategies in subscription-based models.
