Senior Hotel Operations Manager - Sky Suites at Aria

Position Overview

The Senior Hotel Operations Manager provides direction and leadership for the property Sky Suites team, consistent with the MGM brand. This role is responsible for guiding the hotel management team to achieve operational and financial goals, managing labor and overall performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience in line with company service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with the VP and Director of Hotel Ops to implement strategic initiatives provided by the Hotel Strategy CoE.
• Leads the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations for all front desk operations.
• Oversees employee engagement through coaching, training, rewards, and development for the front desk operations team.
• Provides leadership to maintain and enhance the guest experience in line with the company’s service standards.
• Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels, and coaches hotel operations staff for efficient departmental operation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment.
• Technical knowledge and experience with Opera.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
