Position Overview

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. You’ll identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more while selling additional solutions to current clients. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, and close business in the field. There’s no prior sales experience required as ADP provides high-quality sales training and equips you with the latest sales technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – Work independently and collaboratively within your territory to close sales and reach targets.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans – Implement sales strategies targeted at decision-makers to capture new business.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family – Sell cloud-based HR solutions while strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter – Energetic, persistent, and confident when cold calling and presenting ideas in multiple settings.

  • Relevant Experience – One to two years of work experience or internships in fields such as Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or military experience.

  • Prior quota-carrying experience
