Salary Range: $22 - $35/ hour • Location: Frankford Ave in Philadelphia, PA • Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette.
• Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customers with product selection.
• Provide customers with written quotations including terms and delivery methods.
• Prepare customer sale orders and confirm payment terms/methods.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Resolve order issues by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments.
• Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across the customer base.
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks throughout the day.

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to customers.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
