The Rotational Program Associate position offers recent college graduates the opportunity to explore different areas of our business and develop a wide variety of skills. Participants will work with 2-3 teams—including Global Audit, Risk, Corporate Events and Engagement, People & Culture, and Marketing—to gain exposure to Bread Financial's operations and culture. Additionally, the Product Team within the Commercial department focuses on Card Servicing products, providing research support for major initiatives and enhancements to our Care agent-facing servicing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the assigned business area and complete role-specific training while expanding knowledge of the broader organization.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills by presenting information clearly and professionally while collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain effective business partnerships, identifying, resolving, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Learn team-specific processes and procedures, utilizing Microsoft Office tools and job-related technology.
- Engage in activity-based training development and Talent Mobility programs to facilitate personal and professional growth.
- Actively seek opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to broaden understanding of the organization and its innovations.
- Follow established guidelines for quality and productivity, acting responsibly to minimize risk, ensure compliance, and support audit processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree

- Previous completion of a Bread Financial Summer Internship
- Experience in Jira
- Experience in Confluence

- Compensation: Typical pay range from $29.07 to $40.16 per hour, with location-specific variations.
