AI Solutions Director in Biotech

Position Overview

Genesis Therapeutics is a biotech firm that combines AI and biotechnology to develop innovative treatments for severe conditions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, New Product Planning to drive strategic planning for AI‐discovered programs across all stages of discovery and development.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross‐functional teams, develop and implement program strategies, and conduct comprehensive research to assess the commercial attractiveness of new preclinical product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning for AI‐discovered programs across all discovery and development stages.
• Develop and implement program strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to provide commercial input to improve strategy and decision making.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to assess the commercial attractiveness of new preclinical product opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in life sciences, familiarity with drug discovery, and excellent business acumen.
• Deep understanding of drug discovery workflows, experiments, and tools as demonstrated by hands-on experience and a life sciences PhD.
• Experience planning and executing commercial assessments for pre‐clinical and early clinical (P1-P2) assets.
• Ability to digest complex biological concepts and distill clear, credible recommendations to senior stakeholders.
