Junior Imaging Engineer
Location: New York State - Commutable to NYC
Salary: $50000 - $70000

X-ray • Full training providedAs our client's team continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide technical installation, support, and maintenance for X-ray systems. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment within your assigned region
- Perform preventative maintenance and quality inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation for internal records and client reporting
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Uphold company values and provide exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in repairing or installing medical imaging systems, biomedical equipment, electrical equipment, or mechanical systems
- Solid knowledge of imaging or enthusiasm to learn
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
