Join our vibrant team at Rand Worldwide in Phoenix, AZ as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will drive revenue expansion by prospecting new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospects, and supporting clients using innovative 3D technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals with strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business opportunities through diligent prospecting of the assigned territory
- Utilize various outreach methods such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and connect & sell
- Discover, develop, and manage business relationships with new prospects and current customers to sell software, services, and related solutions
- Generate and close business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Plan and execute sales strategies to grow the territory
- Quickly identify decision-makers and influencers, assessing their business needs, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams during pre-sales and post-sales to secure business and maximize customer value
- Provide accurate and timely billing forecasts and updates to sales managers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a sales role with territory responsibility
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales/office-based B2B sales experience
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting through close
- Experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing is a plus
