Position Overview

All Covered, a Konica Minolta Division, is seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive for a market‐based sales and business development position.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and advanced prospecting techniques, with a strong understanding of IT services including cybersecurity, compliance and managed IT solutions such as All Covered Care (ACC). In this role you will drive new business opportunities by prospecting, presenting and closing recurring professional, managed IT and cloud service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, networking events, and industry mixers.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored IT service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, delivery, and local offices to ensure successful service delivery and opportunity progression.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics such as new appointments, proposals, and quota attainment for managed and project services.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights into financial results and progress of strategic and complex opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the managed IT services or IT services industry.
  • 5+ years of success in business development, prospecting, and closing large quotas with new logos.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in selling full IT solutions along with strong computer skills (including Word, Excel, and Salesforce contact management).
