Position Overview

As part of our unified business formed from Mavrck and Later, the Account Lead, Client Services plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated influencer marketing strategies that drive measurable results while fostering authentic creator partnerships.

In this role, you will oversee client communications, manage comprehensive influencer campaigns from planning through execution, and lead a dynamic team to ensure high-quality delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop influencer strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives, and oversee campaign execution to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Client Communications Oversight: Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance to the team to meet client expectations.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including budgets, timelines, resources, and reporting.
  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Direct influencer programs by identifying, vetting, and managing influencer relationships while ensuring creative and compliant content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social, Strategy, Marketing, Creator Success, Sales, Product, and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Campaign & Organizational Compliance: Implement and manage processes to ensure full compliance with industry regulations, addressing issues proactively.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with emerging social media trends and encourage innovative approaches to enhance campaign results.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Business Development Support: Assist with RFP responses and identify opportunities to up- and cross-sell within existing client accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, social media strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FTC and industry-specific regulations, with the ability to navigate and ensure compliance.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Management: Experience in people management including coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing campaign requirements.
  • Additional Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; strong judgment and initiative in decision-making.
