Position Overview
Instep Management is a driven, goal‐oriented team specializing in strategic professional communications. As a Customer Success Associate, you will assist Verizon customers throughout the enrollment process for our products and services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support by answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through the entire enrollment process to ensure they understand their options with Verizon's services.
- Address challenges or concerns and turn potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring a flawless enrollment process.
- Ability to clearly explain information, listen actively, and adjust approaches based on customer needs.
