Position Overview

Instep Management is a driven, goal‐oriented team specializing in strategic professional communications. As a Customer Success Associate, you will assist Verizon customers throughout the enrollment process for our products and services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support by answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers through the entire enrollment process to ensure they understand their options with Verizon's services.
  • Address challenges or concerns and turn potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information.

Required Qualifications

  • Attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring a flawless enrollment process.
  • Ability to clearly explain information, listen actively, and adjust approaches based on customer needs.
  • Remain calm, patient, and professional during all customer interactions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
