Position Overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager based in Boston, MA (Hybrid — 3 days/week onsite), you will own and accelerate the engine transforming awareness into pipeline. You’ll join a fast-growing, Series B technology company that is reshaping cloud‑native observability. In this high‑impact role, you will develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing programs that directly drive revenue while partnering closely with Sales and other cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi‑channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and more) focused on acquisition, lead generation, and target accounts.
- Run lifecycle marketing programs including inbound nurtures, re‑engagement campaigns, and personalized sequences for target accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and GTM launches.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, and funnel conversion; conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine strategy.
- Identify and experiment with new channels, tactics, and AI‑driven tools to efficiently scale growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation.
- Demonstrated success running multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical products or SaaS; exposure to B2B2C models is a plus.
- Familiarity with observability, developer tooling, or cloud‑native technologies.
- A proactive problem‑solver, self‑starter, and systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity.
