Professional, Affiliate Marketing

Position Overview

The Professional Affiliate Marketing role at Under Armour is responsible for managing the Affiliate program for North America. You will work daily with our agency and affiliate partners to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing placements while ensuring that budgets and performance marketing goals are met. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a passion for driving results within a dynamic, innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the overall monthly plan including partner spend, placements, and budget alignment with performance marketing goals.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns with affiliate partners, scheduling promotions and setting clear expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners to respond to inquiries, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
• Gather and analyze performance data from affiliate campaigns, preparing reports and highlighting key insights.
• Identify and evaluate new potential affiliate partners and opportunities for program expansion.
• Support the monthly billing process by reviewing orders for accuracy and ensuring correct, timely payments to partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience OR Master’s degree without experience OR typically 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Background in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Proven Affiliate and Affiliate Network experience.
