User Experience Writer

Position Overview

Bask is the best telehealth platform on the market. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and businesses to launch a DTC telemedicine company quickly and easily by abstracting away the complexities of the industry into an easy-to-use platform. This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Writer at Bask Health. You will be responsible for creating and editing user-friendly content—including technical documentation, UX writing, and content strategy—while also conducting UX research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit user-friendly content for digital platforms and product interfaces.
• Develop technical documentation and UX copy that communicates complex information clearly.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and optimize content accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers.
