Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
- Organizing and maintaining digital files and records.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and basic office tasks.
- Providing support to other departments as needed.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring smooth operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- No prior experience necessary– we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and reliable.
