Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital files and records.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and basic office tasks.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • No prior experience necessary– we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and reliable.
