Job Description

Position Overview

Job Title: Enterprise Technology Analyst. Duration: 12 Months. Location: Sacramento, CA. Schedule: Hybrid (On-site every Tuesday). "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an Enterprise Technology Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Sacramento, CA.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and configuring solutions in SAP PM/EAM.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7 or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of master data components: Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, Measurement Points.
  • Expertise in functional and technical testing, including end-to-end and regression testing.
  • Experience with integrations involving external systems.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Experience leading business requirement and blueprint sessions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Experience collaborating with ABAP developers on custom solutions.
  • Ability to create detailed process flow diagrams.
  • Experience debugging custom code and working independently to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an electric utility environment supporting SAP PM/EAM.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Asset Management & Asset Lifecycle Processes, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Inspection Processes, and integrations with SAP HR, FI/CO, MM/WM.
  • Experience with integrations involving GIS, OMS, FSM, and other enterprise applications.
  • Background supporting enterprise applications with complex integrations.
  • Understanding of field maintenance processes and industry best practices.
  • Experience as a functional analyst on small–medium scale projects.
  • Ability to contribute to system architecture discussions.
  • Knowledge of asset maintenance lifecycle best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence successful outcomes.
  • Experience assisting technical colleagues in solution design and deployment.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI/BW.
  • Experience with RFP processes, including requirement definition and evaluation.
  • Experience designing and supporting Asset Management and Asset Analytics solutions.
