Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven datacenter solutions by collaborating with clients to architect infrastructure that supports scalable, high-performance AI workloads, leveraging both cloud and on-premises technologies.
  • Lead project delivery and solution deployment by overseeing end-to-end project management for infrastructure transformations, ensuring milestones and deliverables align with client objectives and timelines.
  • Advise clients and project leadership on AI infrastructure best practices, providing guidance on architecture choices, data management, systems integration, and emerging technologies to enable high-availability, secure, and cost-effective environments.
  • Conduct assessments and develop roadmaps by evaluating existing datacenter infrastructures, identifying opportunities for modernization or automation, and formulating actionable plans for migration or enhancement.
  • Collaborate across disciplines by partnering with data scientists, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, and client stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into broader IT landscapes.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership through knowledge sharing and contributing to the development of reusable solution assets and accelerators.
  • Stay ahead of trends by continuously developing expertise in AI, edge computing, hybrid cloud strategies, and automation tools to deliver cutting-edge insights to clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions (e.g., GPU platforms, server hardware, AI Transformation).
  • 3+ years of experience implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), AI Ops for predictive maintenance, DCIM modernization, and automation pipelines for provisioning and monitoring GPU clusters.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and delivering complex infrastructure projects; proficient at managing cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives, and mitigating risks.
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with large-scale, enterprise-class consulting or systems integration.
  • 2+ years designing, delivering, and supporting hybrid cloud and as-a-Service solutions, including onboarding via ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
  • 3+ years of experience modernizing datacenter environments to align with clients’ specific requirements and support tailored AI strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel 50% on average based on client and industry requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of hyperscaler services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI), colocation and interconnect providers, and hardware ecosystems (NVIDIA DGX, Dell, HPE, Supermicro) with the ability to architect vendor-neutral, partnership-driven strategies.
  • Proven ability to set and meet commitments on tight timelines with right-sized scoping of critical requirements to realize customer wins.
  • Presentation skills with comfort addressing both large and small audiences, including executives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Proven ability to work with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to understand infrastructure needs and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Compensation

The wage range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300. Note that at Deloitte it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of this range. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance factors.
