We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content and Social Media Manager to join our Brand and Creative Team. You will develop benefit-driven, consumer-focused content for product launches, manage social media campaigns, and collaborate closely with the Brand Leader to refine messaging and enhance brand differentiation. This is a remote opportunity working on an Eastern Time Zone schedule.
Hiring Range: $64,200.00 - $100,870.00 (Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product launch content that addresses consumer needs and highlights benefits with clear, concise messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Craft both concise and long-format copy optimized for SEO while maintaining a relatable tone.
- Plan and manage marketing strategies and campaign execution for social media, email, blog, and web platforms.
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers to amplify the Kraus brand.
- Leverage digital marketing tools, including automation and customer data platforms, to optimize strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to adjust content and boost engagement.
- Write trade-focused copy for trade shows that effectively integrates with visuals for a cohesive booth presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with broader business objectives and timely execution of initiatives.
- Work closely with the Brand Leader to refine brand messaging and maintain a strong, distinctive voice.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and copywriting, with a focus on content creation for product launches and social media.
- Proven success in developing and managing social media campaigns across various online channels.
- Strong expertise in influencer marketing, including outreach, vetting, and end-to-end campaign management.
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and keyword research to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
