Position Overview

Marketing Assistant - (Customer Service-Focused) at 23 Global Marketing is expanding and seeking people-persons for 2-3 full-time openings in Houston, TX. This role involves supporting live events through marketing initiatives and direct customer interaction. With an ASAP start and rolling start dates (ideally within 2 weeks), you’ll enjoy a dynamic environment where you'll not only provide exceptional customer service but also be part of a growing team with advancement opportunities.

Hours: Full-time, Monday-SaturdayLocation: Houston, TXCompensation: $40k-$55k (including base pay, commissions, and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up branded events
• Attracting the attention of passersby
• Creating marketing presentations with enthusiasm
• Implementing strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives
• Meeting and greeting customers with a smile
• Explaining products, features, and benefits
• Answering questions and offering suggestions
• Distributing branded marketing materials
• Providing exceptional customer service during marketing presentations
• Completing sales and submitting orders
• Collecting consumer data and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Access to reliable transportation
• Excited to work face-to-face with customers at live events
• Entry-level position with marketing & admin training provided
