As an Alliances Supervising Associate, you will implement cross-service line strategies to drive demand generation and enhance market eminence for EY’s alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop collaborative relationships within the BMC organization and with subject matter experts.
  • Execute an integrated Americas Alliance Brand & Marketing strategic plan in alignment with firm priorities and growth ambitions.
  • Create moderate-to-complex marketing deliverables that inform and motivate multiple internal and external constituencies.
  • Support the development, execution, and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns including digital paid campaigns, webcasts, video, thought leadership, content marketing, SEM, SEO, events, and more.
  • Enhance integration across BMC including industry, service lines, regions, and other programs to ensure effective coordination.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Manage project scope and schedules for post-campaign reports to drive data-based insights and spending decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience managing multiple complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A thorough understanding of digital content development and delivery principles, including social media, paid campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a preference for professional services experience.
