Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with our food program.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance by working in various areas both inside and outside the store.
Required Qualifications
- Selling products to customers.
- Providing excellent customer care with effective communication and friendly conversation.
- Performing at a quick pace while having fun and working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 60 pounds); push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds; bend at the waist with twisting for extended periods; and use hand-eye coordination including climbing ladders when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Sales associate or cashiering experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
