Enterprise Sales Professional
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Fulltime role
Shift Timings: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $80K with benefits
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, well-organized, and creative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment. You will embrace the challenge of identifying, acquiring, and developing new business through strategic enterprise sales efforts. Responsible for building long-term customer relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing profitable business deals, you will maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. This role focuses on enterprise-level IT solutions including networking, IT infrastructure, low-voltage cabling, wireless rollouts, desktop support, and related technology services. Success requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to align technical solutions with customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Present, recommend, and sell innovative IT solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
- Develop and execute effective market and account strategies by researching and targeting high-potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success selling IT services (required).
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Minimal travel required.
