Position Overview

Join our team as a Phone Sales Agent dedicated to delivering industry leading customer service to auto enthusiasts. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone in selecting the perfect products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers—without outbound/cold calling or high-pressure tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right automotive products.
  • Sell products as well as offer upsells and cross-sells to match customer needs.
  • Participate in an 8-week paid training program to build confidence and product knowledge.
  • Work from home in a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Texas.
  • High-speed cable internet (minimum 25mb/s; No DSL).
  • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace at home.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems and Internet navigation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genuine passion or background in the automotive industry.
  • Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior involvement in the automotive field is highly desired.
