Remote Call Center/Outbound Sales

Position Overview

American Home Design is hiring Full-time and Part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team. Our agents are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our products and scheduling a free consultation. With a robust marketing program generating new leads every day, we seek experienced sales professionals who relish a great opportunity to work remotely with a fun team. Key Responsibilities

• Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.
• Utilize provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners to get more information.
• Overcome objections using supplied rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude despite rejection.
• Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
• Record notes in the CRM regarding customer conversations.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a quiet space at home for working and talking on the phone.
• Must possess your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues.
• Previous home improvement experience is a plus.
• Professional and personable attitude with an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Persuasive and influential with strong problem-solving skills using critical thinking and logic.
• Self-motivated, driven, and resilient to rejection.
• Adaptable, teachable, and committed to continuous learning.
