Knoll is looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on individual to help us grow the Knoll brand. The Knoll Global Marketing Manager will assume a wide range of marketing communication responsibilities, including organic social, PR and external communications, executing and measuring omni‐channel campaigns, and collaborating across channels to support creative and compelling seasonal marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns: Confidently own the go-to-market management of integrated brand campaigns from end to end. Plan and manage creative, strategic, seasonal, and brand-appropriate omni-channel campaigns with clear audiences and goals.
- Digital Marketing: Own and execute seasonal digital marketing strategies and campaigns, in partnership with the creative studio, including organic social, email, web, and partner channels.
- Briefs: Build strong briefs for creative and channel teams, detailing channel insights and business objectives, and input all marketing initiatives into project management software.
- Social: Develop and execute an organic content strategy in collaboration with the creative studio.
- PR/Comms: Support brand communications and PR; manage inbound media requests and coordinate with external agency teams.
- Channel Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as creative, merchandising, and digital teams to implement campaigns across channels.
- Product Knowledge: Work closely with product and merchandising teams to understand product strategy and inventory levels for promotions and campaigns.
- Calendar: Maintain and update promotions and marketing calendars, tracking timelines and key deliverables with project managers.
- Reporting: Analyze sales, event, and digital marketing reports to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Communication: Facilitate internal communications regarding marketing efforts to ensure transparency across the organization.
- Insights: Provide leadership with insights on marketing and retail innovation trends, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with international teams to ensure global campaigns are tailored to regional needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Additional duties as required to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in NYC.
- 5+ years of marketing experience at a retail, entrepreneurial, or digitally native business.
- Strong understanding of the design industry and consumer sentiment with branding knowledge extending to industries such as fashion and lifestyle.
- Proven track record in delivering integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns.
- Comfort with office software and a willingness to learn new applications.
- A drive to constantly improve processes and adopt efficient, innovative ways of working.

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation:A starting range for this role is$91,318.75 - $125,000.00; additional salary considerations may include geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive, and equity awards based on candidate qualifications and market factors.
