Digital Designer (Hybrid)

Position Overview

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, our client is one of the world's largest online destinations for the home. In a contract role as a freelance Senior Graphic Designer, you will drive digital content marketing design across multiple channels. This is a dynamic opportunity offering rapid growth, continuous learning, and exciting challenges. Compensation: $35 - 39 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact seasonal campaign and evergreen marketing assets (homepage, email, paid ads, social, etc.) across digital channels.
• Translate creative strategy and business goals into compelling, brand-forward visuals.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring storytelling to life.
• Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and templates to ensure consistency across channels.
• Apply a refined approach to photography, typography, and layout to elevate brand standards.
• Adapt designs based on performance feedback, creative testing, and emerging digital trends.
• Present your work confidently while balancing quality execution with speed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in digital marketing, editorial, or e-commerce.
• A portfolio showcasing clean, elevated design and strategic thinking across multiple channels.
• Experience in systems design and proficiency with AI-driven tools to scale creativity.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, brand systems, and optimization for various digital platforms.
• Excellent time management and communication skills with a collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset.
• Proficiency in Figma, our primary design tool.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Interest or experience in the home, interiors, or lifestyle space.
