Key Responsibilities

• Partnership: Assist with the compilation and analysis of trend, style, consumer, and market intelligence between internal and external partners to support product creation. Develop strong working relationships with Product Development and Designers while supporting three designers across categories (Dress/Casual/Lifestyle Sport).
• Support: Aid the design process by building and maintaining detailing/presentation boards in MIRO, sketching, cadding, and assembling ornament and pattern tech-packs. Coordinate with the Design Director/Senior Designer on organization, communication of all Sketch/CAD corrections, daily maintenance, history tracking in Miro, and meeting preparations.
• Lead: Organize and prepare sketches and CADs for all major milestone meetings including Sketch Review, Proto Review, Go To Market Meetings, and Brand Meetings. Effectively capture the brand’s essence by uniting management’s vision.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of design experience in the women’s footwear industry
• Strong sketching skills with proficiency in maintaining proportion and scale (preferred)
• Strong CAD skills using Illustrator
• Proficiency in Illustrator (preferred); Photoshop experience is a plus
• Experience in tech pack creation
