Fussbally – Denver, CO

Full-Time | 50–55 hours per week

$65,000–$90,000 (Base + Performance Bonus)

About Fussbally

Fussbally is a fast-growing youth soccer training organization in Denver focused on technical skill development, structured level progression, and professional coaching standards.

We are not a recreational soccer program.

We are building a premium training brand.

Demand is strong. Systems are in place.
Now we need someone to help scale revenue in a structured, measurable way.

The Opportunity

This role is for someone who wants real ownership.

You will directly impact:

  • Website → trial conversion
  • Trial → membership conversion
  • Camp and tournament enrollment
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Revenue growth

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team.

This is not a maintenance marketing job.
This is a build-and-optimize role.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • 1. Optimize the Funnel
    • Improve website conversion rates
    • Improve trial session follow-up and close rate
    • Build and refine CRM automations
    • Track weekly KPIs and adjust
  • 2. Drive New Growth Channels
    • Test new acquisition channels
    • Develop referral systems
    • Build school and community partnerships
    • Execute paid and organic growth strategies
  • 3. Close Strategic Accounts
    • Meet with schools and community partners
    • Structure recurring revenue partnerships
    • Turn conversations into signed agreements

  • Revenue is significantly higher
  • Conversion rates are measurably improved
  • Growth is predictable and tracked
  • New partnerships produce recurring revenue
  • Clear dashboards and metrics are in place

Compensation

Base: $60,000–$70,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000+ based on:

  • Revenue growth
  • Conversion improvements
  • New partnership revenue
  • Customer acquisition efficiency

Total Target Compensation: $65,000–$90,000
