We are seeking an enthusiastic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead and implement strategic, multichannel campaigns for our IT Services. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will manage personalized 1:1, scalable 1:Few, and broader 1:Many campaigns. This fully remote role requires residency within the United States and eligibility to work without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- ABM Strategy & Execution: Design personalized 1:1 campaigns alongside scalable 1:Few programs to captivate target accounts and buying committees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success teams to align account plans and marketing priorities.
- Campaign Management: Deploy multichannel tactics such as paid media, social selling, events, email, and customized content to boost revenue and market share.
- Data & Optimization: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to track engagement and optimize campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop captivating account-specific materials including videos and custom templates.
- Training & Enablement: Educate field teams on ABM techniques to ensure seamless execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years in B2B marketing for IT Services with at least 3 years in ABM roles.
- Expertise with tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to run high-ROI campaigns in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in project management, analysis, and communication.
- Soft Skills: Process Excellence, Collaboration, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Open-Mindedness, Critical Thinking, Solution Orientation, Entrepreneurial Spirit, AI Proficiency, and Data Literacy.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips as required.
