Position Overview
As one of the nation’s premier minority-owned companies, we provide business process solutions, facilities management, and infrastructure support services to government and commercial markets. The Customer Service Analyst (CSA) is responsible for efficiently handling, investigating, and resolving customer requests related to NPT fare media and devices, inquiries, complaints, discrepancies, and potential fare disputes. This role also manages outbound CSR requirements and supports the Transit Benefit program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Customer Service agent with specialized training and contacts for the Transit Benefit program.
- Set up, process, and audit modifications to Autoloads for employee Smart Media.
- Provide e-commerce and telephone customer care support to employers.
- Manage the Autoload process for scheduled benefit Autoloads to ensure timely value updates or pass loads.
- Resolve employer Autoload discrepancies and reconcile/audit all employer account activities.
- Oversee the monthly reconciliation of scheduled Autoloads with the Employer Funds Transfer process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical abilities and solid references required.
