Entry-Level Python / AI Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Python / AI Engineer to join our growing engineering team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about Python, machine learning, and building real-world AI-driven products.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that impact real users.

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, efficient Python code for AI/ML-driven applications
• Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models
• Work with data pipelines, APIs, and backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Debug, test, and optimize models and applications
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering and AI development

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong foundation in Python
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning)
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Internship or project experience in AI/ML or data science
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
• Git/version control experience
