Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet members and provide friendly, helpful service at checkout.
- Accurately scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Support members with self-checkout when needed, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment—especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday rushes.
- Promote membership benefits and current promotions as needed.
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep lines moving and members happy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and multitask under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is a plus—but not required.
