Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet members and provide friendly, helpful service at checkout.
  • Accurately scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Support members with self-checkout when needed, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
  • Juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment—especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday rushes.
  • Promote membership benefits and current promotions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to keep lines moving and members happy.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and multitask under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is a plus—but not required.
