Position Overview
We have a total service management software platform that uses advanced data analysis and mobile applications to deliver convenience, transparency, and trust to consumers while increasing efficiency, profitability, retention, and brand loyalty for automotive OEMs and dealers. Our products are awesome and are disrupting the automotive tech space, changing the way dealerships interact with their customers. This is a true hunter role where success comes from exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. You’ll be traveling up to 50% of your time to dealers in your specified territory. We are looking for a DRIVER – a hard-working, gritty, coachable, competitive, resilient, positive self-starter who “hits the number.”
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives from new prospects and existing customers
- Drive the sales process from prospecting through closure
- Achieve daily activity KPI metrics through phone, email, text, and/or on-site sales calls
- Work in concert with management to close sales
- Maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, including virtual presentations via Zoom
- Create relationships with our automotive OEM partner field teams
- Engage in post-sale deployment and assist as needed
- Document all customer-focused activity and interactions in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Automotive industry experience, ideally in software sales
- Ability to demonstrate quantifiable quota-achieving results through outbound sales efforts
- Consistent achievement of KPI metrics
- Hardworking and persuasive communicator
- Experience in phone-heavy sales efforts such as inside sales or business development
- Ability to travel 50%-75% (day/overnight and to our Canadian Headquarters) when necessary
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree desired but not required (based on experience)
