Entry Level Enterprise Tech Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Enterprise Tech Sales Associate (Door to Door Sales) for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Florida. You will travel between Cape Coral and Fort Myers, FL, and candidates must be willing to move between the two locations. The role involves engaging community members by sharing business solutions through a door-to-door approach. Compensation is $30/hour on a W2 basis, with a conversion opportunity offering a first-year salary between $85k and $105k/year.

Key Responsibilities

• Share business solutions with members of the community using a door-to-door sales approach, demonstrating energy, knowledge, and the ability to overcome customer concerns and questions.
• Learn about the Tech industry and confidently speak about various solutions and offerings; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Receive ongoing training, feedback, and advice from industry leaders with multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.
• Exhibit excellent customer service by ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
• Even if a neighbor decides not to become a customer, ensure they leave the conversation with a great impression of the business and team.
• Maintain accurate mileage/expense reports and provide weekly progress updates.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver clear, concise presentations.
• Strong ability to overcome customer objections and engage effectively.
• Capability to analyze numbers, comprehend reporting, and translate data into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
