Position Overview
As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a team that values work-life balance where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. In this role, you will directly impact patient care as a trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Location: 20325 North 51st AveBldg 11, Suite 186, Glendale, Arizona, 85038-4625, United States of America. Compensation: Competitive total rewards package based on qualifications and experience. Schedule: Minimum three days open.
Key Responsibilities
- Patients come first. Build strong relationships with patients while continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

- Lead a team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
- Financial Management. Oversee clinic operations by adhering to budgets, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
- Autonomy. Run your clinic with the support and guidance of your director, regional peers, and the greater company.
- Culture & Growth. Foster a work environment that rewards shared values and encourages continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum of two years of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN) at the discretion of DVP/ROD.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change).
- Demonstrated collaboration skills for working with clinical and financial teams to achieve business goals.
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
