Part-Time Social Media Manager - Facial Aesthetic Practice

Position Overview

RENATA Facial Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a creative and driven Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our boutique facial aesthetic practice in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will partner closely with our Practice Manager and Facial Plastic Surgeon to build and elevate our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Your work will directly shape the voice and identity of our modern, luxury brand as we grow our loyal online community.

Training & Support Provided: Onboarding and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute a monthly content calendar across key social platforms.
• Capture and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that engage and educate our audience.
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments/messages as needed.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Surgeon to maintain brand consistency and authenticity.
• Attend occasional in-office filming and content creation days as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing social media accounts or creating content, preferably in beauty, luxury, or medical aesthetics.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with trends and culture on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts; knowledge of aesthetics or luxury beauty is a strong plus.
• Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions aligned with our brand tone.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing content calendars and scheduling posts independently.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement requiring local NYC presence for occasional in-office content creation days.

Compensation & Schedule

• Part-time role: approximately 4–8 hours per week (1–2 days/week).
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend shoots.
• Hourly rate: $20–$25, commensurate with experience and skillset.
