Position Overview
As the Chief Finance Officer at a thriving public academic medical institution, you will lead and shape the organization's newly established centralized finance structure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions including payroll, treasury, tax, and overall financial oversight across the system. Your proactive leadership combined with a strong background (including a CPA certification) and robust team development experience will be essential in refining comprehensive accounting systems and delivering strategic financial insights to executive management.

- Lead and shape the centralized finance structure across the organization.

- Collaborate with executive management to provide critical financial insights to drive organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 9 years of progressive work experience, including 4 years in management roles.
- CPA certification and strong financial acumen.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills in dynamic environments.
