Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You will assist in coordinating marketing activities, managing internal communications, and executing marketing strategies that align with Beloform’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct market research and prepare reports on trends, competitors, and audience insights
• Draft, proofread, and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and email communications
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting results
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Maintain internal marketing documentation and calendar updates
• Support event planning and promotional activities

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internship experience counts)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
