Position Overview

As a Corporate Finance Manager reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance on the Strategic Finance team, you will be a strategic finance partner owning the Long-Range Planning process while supporting Investor Relations and Corporate Development. In this remote-first role, you’ll work with senior leadership to translate complex financial scenarios into compelling narratives and drive data-driven decision making.
Compensation: US-based salary range of $157,000 to $185,000 (final offer may vary depending on experience, location, and skills).
Key Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development activities.
- Develop and continuously refine Life360’s Long-Range Plan to inform decisions for the executive team and board.
- Partner with stakeholders and senior executives to create investor presentations, analysis materials, and quarterly reporting content.
- Prepare Board of Directors and Executive presentations, and support financing and M&A activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for ad-hoc projects and special initiatives.
- Assist with monthly cash flow forecasting, system support, and various ad-hoc business needs.
- Collaborate with teams across Strategic Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing, and more.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail in financial modeling and reporting, producing rigorous, error-free analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
- Experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating effectively across teams.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior completion of a 2-year investment banking analyst program.
- Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Causal, Adaptive, Anaplan), AI tools (e.g., Claude), and data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Knowledge of SQL, Netsuite, Adaptive, and other relevant software with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
