Job Description

Position Overview

As a Brand Manager, you will be a full-spectrum business leader responsible for shaping iconic brands such as Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, Totino’s, Blue Buffalo, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Annie’s and more. You'll develop modern marketing strategies, steer integrated campaigns, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Brands: Lead purpose-driven brand and channel strategies based on deep consumer insights, executing integrated marketing plans across media, content, and retail.
  • Run the Business: Own P&L performance, drive growth through strategic decisions in pricing, promotion, innovation, and distribution, and conduct comprehensive business performance analysis.
  • Lead Teams: Guide and develop cross-functional teams through ambiguity, coaching Associate Brand Managers and early-career talent to achieve alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consulting, or Strategy
  • Proven experience in Brand Management and managing a business in a matrixed environment
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience owning a P&L
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in CPG, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Pet, or Pet Food industries
  • Track record of coaching and developing talent
  • Experience with customer-facing strategies and external partnerships
