Data Analyst

Position Overview

Net 2 Source Inc. is an award-winning total workforce solutions company recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts for accelerated growth and a global footprint. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. Location: Lyndhurst, NJ (remote). Duration: 2+ Months (Temp to hire for right candidate). In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by leveraging data analysis to drive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Category Development team by integrating information from various internal and third party data sources to analyze key consumer trends driving category dynamics.
• Perform advanced consumer data mining, utilizing tools and data portals (e.g., SPINs, Nielsen, IRI, Market Research, Consumer Decision Tree, Household Panel Data) to retrieve and analyze data.
• Build and maintain master data sets and internal databases to support business insights.
• Act as a key internal resource for accessing and translating internal knowledge into actionable insights across account teams.
• Assist with research and projects to deliver solutions that benefit both account teams and the product category.
• Support the VP and/or Key Account Teams with project requests and administrative needs.

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience as a data analyst and be able to hit the ground running.
• Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate techniques such as merging files, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.

Preferred Qualifications

• PowerBI experience is a plus but not required.
