Position Overview

Infinity Management Group in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking to fill the Entry Level Customer Service & Sales position. In this role, you will prospect sales and qualify leads for new accounts while providing excellent customer support. You must have strong communication skills, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and proven sales techniques. If you are passionate about learning and growth, a true hunter, naturally curious, and results-driven, this is the role for you to bring our client's product/services to the SOUTH FLORIDA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads – connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of our clients’ products/services and serve as the point person for your team’s lead qualification.
• Manage current accounts – maintain close contact with existing accounts to build brand awareness, educate, and secure referrals, while coordinating meetings and calls with Account Executives.
• Customer support – answer customer inquiries, identify issues, and provide suggestions for future or new products/services.

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred (not necessary).
• Hands-on experience with multiple customer service and sales techniques including face-to-face communication.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce training provided).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
